Formway operate fully trained and certified mobile service technicians throughout New Zealand and Australia. Servicing work is carried out on site, wherever possible, to minimise disruption and inconvenience.
Formway guarantees the future supply and/or compatibility of all product parts for the warranty period. In the event a product part is updated, Formway’s Design policy ensures the new part will work with pre-dated components.
Formway provides post occupancy training to all customers to ensure the maximum benefits are enjoyed by the user.
Scheduled to suit the customer’s needs Formway personnel provide this training in the correct use of products and provide advice on correct posture and ergonomic best practice in the work place.
