Formway Furniture implements proven project management methods to deliver projects on time, with uncompromising attention to quality. Our commitment to accurate documentation as well as a ‘hands-on’ focus gives flexibility on site while specifically targeting our clients objectives.
A Formway Project Manager is dedicated solely to managing the internal and external teams responsible for tracking and controlling the delivery of Formway projects. These teams include an experienced transport crew, highly skilled installation technicians and key personnel from our manufacturing plants. The Project Manager acts in an important liaison role between Project/Construction Management groups, Designers, other Subcontractors and clients.
The Installation Team
Formway have established relationships with a wide variety of contractors. All personnel are involved in continuous training in all aspects of our products.
Our Site Supervisors are experienced professionals and ensure a high level of workmanship and productivity.
Our leading installation team has a large permanent staff, with easy access to additional labour as required. Each installation has a site supervisor on site at all times.
Formway has a one in four policy, meaning that each group of four installers must have at least one lead hand who has undergone detailed training programs.
Delivery and Installation Logistics
Throughout the company there are dedicated Formway Project Managers and Site Supervisors, focused on ensuring that all installations run smoothly and efficiently and are completed on time and to specification.
Formway has long-term contracts with a number of dedicated logistics companies who provide line haul, local delivery and installation services around Australia. The company provides training to the Installation personnel on all the relevant products on a regular basis. All contracted logistics providers have significant trucking and warehousing facilities and have the capacity to provide up to 30+-installation crew at any one time. These contractors are managed on site by Formway's Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
